Why sharing your story and creating safe spaces matter with Michelle Vande Hey
My friend Michelle Vande Hey joins me today to share how she became a life coach and trauma sensitive yoga facilitator, and most importantly, someone who is deeply passionate about creating a safe space for others, especially given her story.
Michelle was a guest speaker and shared her story on the 'WHEN stories' series (also linked below!!) which is all about - 'when everything changed'. For her, this was first at 15. Finding out she is an intersex person.
THIS conversation is especially important right now. In pride month. With the state of world and all the thoughts, opinions, and rhetoric around LGBTQIA+ people and their rights.
